WILD DUNES AND DUNES WEST DIRECT SALE:  BY APPOINTMENT ONLY

Hi, everyone!  We’re back again with another Wild Dunes estate “Direct Sale,” with a sprinkling of select items that are located in Dunes West.  The bulk of our current offering is located in an immaculate, immaculate home in Wild Dunes.  This residence served as a second home for the current owners, who split time between here and San Francisco, using the home very sparingly only a few times per year.

EVERYTHING in this home is in very good to excellent condition.  The electronics have far less hours on them than one would expect and the rugs are in amazingly clean shape.  The lady of the house is a meticulous person and everything is spic and span clean!  Everything in the Wild Dunes home is smoke and pet free.

We also have several items listed near the end of our photos that are located in Dunes West.   While not as immaculate, the items are all high end, designer pieces being offered at a fraction of their original cost.  The owner purchased everything at High Point furniture market and her prices paid were less than retail.  Contemporary offerings from Swaim and Carter furniture top the list.

Sale terms:  This is a “Direct Sale” by appointment only.  All items are offered at a fixed price, available for direct, immediate purchase via Paypal deposit.  This deposit will guarantee items on a first come, first served basis.  Please call Lee directly to make a Paypal payment (a Paypal address will be provided, an appointment time will be confirmed, the address provided, and your name will be left at the gate.)  Paypal payment deposits guarantee first choice purchasing opportunity.

If you wish to view the items for sale before purchase, you can contact us to schedule an appointment.  The address will be provided at that time and your name will be left at the gate.  ***Please note that deposits towards items guarantee first opportunity for purchase.*** If you have scheduled an appointment to view an item that has subsequently been sold or a deposit has been paid, you will be notified.

As always, we accept offers to be considered at a later date.  Backup buyers will also be given consideration on a first come, first served basis.

Pricing terms:  Prices on items at the sale’s start are fixed unless otherwise posted.  We will update pricing on the site directly and via Facebook, so check back to see if items have sold or have been reduced.  We may not send out a second email with updates so be sure to check the site directly.

Buyers and those making appointments to view items are NOT to negotiate with the owners.  You are expected to pay the price posted at time of scheduling unless any blantant oversights have been made.  All negotiations will be made through Total Estate Sales directly.

Scheduling appointments and making a purchase:

Wild Dunes:  Friday  5/17 from 12-3 and 6-8p.m.  Other times may be available, so please feel free to inquire.

After Friday:  By appointment based on mutual availability.  Our owners are very accomodating, so most times should work.

Dunes West: Appointments can be made most any day between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00.  Please inquire about other times if needed.
