Hi, everyone. Thanks to all who came out for our Saltgrass Pointe estate sale. It was a huge success and we appreciate your support! We have juggled our schedules a bit as our Sullivans Island family needs more time to fully move out. Therefore, we will be conducting a sale this Thursday on James Island. We are expecting to start our Sullivans Island sale beginning Saturday IF the family has completed their move in time for us to properly prepare. Please stay tuned as we will not conduct the sale until it is ready.
This month is crazy busy, with 3 sales remaining before Christmas. For those of you frustrated that you can’t make it to a first day of a sale due to work, here is your chance to see things on Day 1. We will be conducting a one day sale this Thursday from 5:00-7:30. We took this sale with the owner’s and ourselves both realizing it would have to be a one or two day event occurring on a weekday. We wish we had more time to devote, but we are glad to be able to bring you all some truly interesting and quality items.
The home is immaculately clean and located in Country Club I on James Island. The home is large and the owners have just moved to Bishop Gadsden, so they need to lighten their load. If necessary, we will run the sale an additional day with hours to be announced. Due to time constraints, things are truly priced to sell, with only a few things having any limitations. We’ve priced things to move and hope you will come see for yourself! This is truly a sale of choice items.

INTERESTING ITEMS: The lady of the home is an artist and left several choice pieces of her original work. She also owned her own antique shop and has many unusual and interesting items including boxes, humidor, large antique flatware chest, English ice bucket, antique book sets, framed prints, lamps, primitives, fire place tools, andirons, fireplace grate and logs, fireplace screens, a large volume of cigar boxes, great draperies, decorator art, Irish linens, clothing, fur, blue and white porcelains, baskets, and more. We have an assortment of garage items in addition to kitchen and everyday items.
FURNITURE: There are some choice furniture pieces including a pair of immaculate, custom upholstered, antique slipper chairs with custom fringe, immaculate neutral colored sofa, farm table, upholstered club chair (not shown), set of four sabre leg dining chairs, English barley twist gate leg table, immaculate leather look recliner, side chairs needing new seat covers, bar and counter stool, rush seat rocker, outdoor table and 2 chairs (not shown), a pair of slip covered twin headboards, and a few misc. pieces.
RUGS: We have several nice rugs in various sizes. The largest rug is a semi-antique Iranian Herez and measures 8.5 x 12.1 All are clean and ready to go!
ELECTRONICS: There is a pair of Polk Audio bookshelf speakers in addition to a pair of Infinity Sterling loudspeakers, receiver, and Technics turntable.
OUTDOOR: See the photos of the pair of massive terra cotta urns at the front door. They are fantastic and the only ones of their type we have offered. There are also a handful large terra cotta pots on the back patio.
NEXT SALE: Officers Row, Sullivans Island. We wish we could give you an exact date, but we won’t know for sure until Wednesday. We will not start before Saturday and hope that will be our target time. For the best way to stay instantly informed, please find us on Facebook.
