Hi, everyone. Total Estate Sales is back after a week
of catching up and preparing for our next two sales. Our current sale is
our first in the Ladson area and has a good combination of fun, practical and
affordable items. Furniture, retro, quality kitchen items, hand
tools, yard tools, riding and push mowers, pool equipment, and a super clean
grill are all part of our sale. We were still pulling items from the
attic at the time of photos, so expect some more items that arent’ shown.
The attic is packed!
The former owner had an affinity for vintage beer signs and
we have our best offering to date. We have a dozen or more vintage signs,
including lighted clocks and signs, most dating to the 1960′s and 70′s.
We also have lots of breweriana including mugs, steins, shot glasses and
more. A few of the signs are hard to find due to the fragile nature of
plastic. If you or anyone you know want authentic advertising for a game
room or bar, look no further!
We would be remiss if we didn’t say goodbye to our right
hand woman, Sharon Martin. Sharon is the one usually found at the front
door and the coordinator of our team and setup. She is moving to
Charlotte to be closer to family and work opportunities and we will miss
her. Some people cannot be replaced! You may still see her working
some sales in her downtime as she is welcome anytime! She has been an
invaluable friend and team member and we owe a great deal of our success and
“get it done” ability to her efforts.
As mentioned, this sale has lots of fun and some key
items.
Items of note include:
MOWERS: Bolens Riding Lawn Tractor: Very lightly
used with low hours. This home is small and this would have taken ten
minutes tops to cut the yard.
FRONT LOADER WASHER/DRYERS: Frigidaire front loader
set in very good condition.
COLLECTIBLES: Alright Redskins football fans, we have
your items! Vintage items including puppet, hat, shoes and more! We
also have a nice quality clown collection and many misc. collectibles.
BEER SIGNS, ETC: Glassware, signs, clocks and
more!
LP’s and 45′s: We have a good many, including Bo
Didley and Herb Alpert LP’s and 80′s era 45′s. We even have some 8
tracks….
MOTOROIZED LEATHER SEATING GROUP: This is the first
time we’ve offered motorized leather seating. These are amazingly precise
and will take you from a seated position to a a fully reclining position.
This is the most exacting reclining movements we’ve experienced. Set
includes sofa, love seat and chair.
QUEEN CONTEMPORARY BEDROOM SET: Light wood, queen
sleigh bed with matching long dresser, night stand and chest of
drawers/armoire. Overall condition is excellent!
FLAT PANEL TV: VIZIO 50″, 2007 model with
high quality, contemporary stand (stand not shown.)
ELECTRONICS: DVD player, surround system, small flat
panel t.v., combo VHS/DVD player, radar detector, submersible cordless phone
and more!
COMPUTER: HP Touchsmart 300, touchscreen computer,
lightly used.
KITCHEN: Corning ware, immaculate Farberware Millennium
cookware set, Hamilton Beach blender, Fry Daddy, small wine chiller, griddle,
misc. pots and pans, utensils, & more!
MASTER FORGE GRILL: Green enameled with cover. Everyone
wanted the last grill from our Hidden Lakes sale and here is
another. Excellent and just needs a little cleaning inside.
GARAGE/TOOLS: Lots of misc. hand tools, a “box
lot” of screwdrivers, bits, etc, several gas powered weed eaters, gas
powered weed eater, small Craftsman gas chain saw, misc. yard tools, rolling
spreader, John Deere style tractor seat gardening seat, wagon, spray paints,
large, new in the box outdoor clock, 3 step fold up step ladder, wooden step
ladder, “box lot” of paint rollers, brushes and pans, and more.
BAR: It’s retro, white vinyl padded with two matching
stools.
BAR STOOLS: We have a pair of vintage chrome and black
vinyl bar stools in very good condition.
CRYSTAL/CHINA: We have misc. china and crystal,
including a nice etched glass ship’s decanter and matching glasses.
SOFA: We have a pair of matching, black and cream
upholstered, striped sofas.
ENTERTAINMENT UNIT: Black and lighted with lots of
display space.
All in all, this is a fun sale with a mix of
quality, vintage and fun. Prices will be very reasonable, so come see us!
