Hi, everyone.  Total Estate Sales is back after an all
too short vacation, and we thought we’d start things off with a big
event!  Our current sale, located in Mt. Pleasant’s Rivertowne
development, features many items collected over a lifetime of hunting and
gathering.  Our current owner is downsizing and selling a significant
portion of her collections.  Her two main focuses were oil lamps and
antique match strikes. During the 1970′s, when supply was still high, our owner
purchased match strikes and oil lamps in the New England area.  She has
many varying and unusual pieces in addition to many other antiques and
oddities.

This home is absolutely, jam packed with quality
pieces..  When we announce a sale and use strong wording, you can be
assured that it’s the real deal!  This is one of the best old sales
we’ve offered and certainly will be one of the top sales of the year.

If you enjoy interesting, old pieces, look no
further.  We have primitives, antique lighting, oil lamps galore, antique
furniture, a huge hat collection, a large vintage purse collection, costume
jewelry, grand king bed, electronics, collectibles, and everything in between!

Here is a brief rundown.  Please note that there
are so many other items for sale not show.  We would have to put up 1,000
photos to show all of the great items!

PLEASE NOTE:  THE GARAGE MOST LIKELY WILL NOT BE
AVAILABLE UNTIL SATURDAY.  If you see an item on our web site that is in
the garage, it likely won’t be accessible until Saturday.  There is more
than the usual garage stuff out there, so it will be worth the trip to
return.  We also have more items from the side attic that we will be
pulling out on Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE II:  PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON RIVERTOWNE
PARKWAY.  There is not enough room for two way traffic or parking out
front.  The only exception should be for picking up items.  Please
use the side roads before and after the house address as well as parking at the
clubhouse/pool area nearby.  All are close and should provide plenty of
parking. We have another sale in June in Rivertowne and want to be welcomed
back.  We will support any neighborhood efforts in regards to enforcement
in that area. Thanks in advance for your support.

PLEASE NOTE III:  We request that you do not handle oil
lamps with shades or chimneys attached.  They can easily be broken.
We will be happy to assist you with any lamp.  Thanks!

is good quality.  This home is packed in every nook and cranny.  We’ve
tried to provide more group photos than individual shots to show the
scope of the sale.  We will be making every effort to streamlining
the checkout.  Please help keep things flowing by not bringing purses to
the door and having your checks ready with I.D.  Due to the volume of
items, we encourage bringing tote bags and wrapping material.
