How long does it take to prepare a sale?

Most sales can be conducted with a week of intense preparation, but we would generally prefer a lead time of two weeks in order to maintain our sanity. However; we can put things together rapidly in an emergency situation, so please don’t hesitate to contact us. We are fortunate to be a busy company, so contact us ASAP if you are considering a sale.

Do I have to clean my house first?

No. While we prefer that you take care of all personal papers, photographs, etc, we can help with those items. In the event a fee is assessed, that fee will be deducted from the final proceeds.

I am selling my house and need to close promptly after the sale. Can you help?

Yes. We are a full service estate sale company, offering complete cleanout and cleaning services. Our third party cleanout crew and cleaning services will ensure that your home is emptied and cleaned to a level expected by the new buyers. If your home is under contract, we advise that you allow at least two days after the completion of an estate sale in order to have the home emptied and cleaned.
