Gippy Plantation

366 Avenue of Oaks

Monks Corner, SC 29461

Hi, everyone.  Thanks to everyone who came out for the
Stahl Family Estate.  It was a huge success and we appreciate everyone’s
support!  Your support helped us raise over $7,000 for The Charleston
Symphony Orchestra.

“I worked closely with the Stahl children, in preparation for the recent Stahl Estate Sale. I was very impressed with the Total Estate Sales team: from pre-sale preparations and staging of the items to be sold to their organization and professionalism during the estate sale, these folks really know what they’re doing! My expectations were exceeded….” Peggy V

Our current sale finds us at historic Gippy Plantation
(pronounced “Jippy.”)  The current home was built circa 1852,
two years after the original home was destroyed by fire and was featured in the
Pat Conroy film, Lords of Discipline.  The home was used for the country
side scenes and home of movie character Dr. Bert Pruitt.

The home had ties to many historicly prominent South
Carolina names such as Gailiard, Stoney and others.   For more info,
see this link:  http://south-carolina-plantations.com/berkeley/gippy.html
