Hi, everyone. We’ve haven’t held a sale in two weeks,
but we have definitely been working. We’ve spent the past two weeks
gathering lots of great items to form one great multi-estate sale. Our
current sale features high quality items from several local estates including
silver, crystal and porcelain from a Legare Street home, quality pieces from a
former New York resident with a long history of family ties to the NYFD, items
from a Sullivans Island home, many older family items from both parents of a baby boomer aged husband and wife, and a fantastic assortment of items from an
amazing Ion residence. And, did we mention the home hosting all
these great items? It already housed great furniture and decor, so it’s
game on!
Items of note include:
INDOOR FURNITURE: We have some great
furniture in this sale, including:
LEATHER SEATING GROUP: The star of
our furniture offering, this set is 100% leather, has a solid wood frame, and
it top notch in every regard. It has been very lightly used and includes
a leather sofa, matching loveseat and matching chair and ottoman. It is a
low slung set that would look fantastic in a designer setting or in any home
theater room. It will be offered as a set but we will break it up if there are
takers for all of the individual pieces.
DINING ROOM TABLE AND 6 CHAIRS: This
set is nearly immaculate and features Queen Anne styling, 6 chairs and matching
leaf.
BREAKFRONT: Lighted mahogany breakfront in excellent
condition. You will like the price!
LIGHTED CURIO: Our last sale featured several curios
and all were in high demand. This one is just as nice and in super shape!
ANTIQUE WICKER SCREEN: This came from Legare street
and is a 3 panel, heavy screen. .
TEMPURPEDIC BEDS: We have a pair of MOTORIZED Tempurpedic
twin beds. These are perfect for those who want a large bed (two twins
make a king) and also want the flexibility of seperate sleeping
positions. Imagine being able to tilt your bed to watch TV or raise the
bottom to relieve lower back stress. Perhaps we need this….
SHERRILL SOFA: Immaculate sofa by Sherrill. When
it comes to sofas, it doesn’t get any better than Sherrill. This is their
specialty and you can be assured everything is solid and eight way, hand tied.
SHERRILL CHAIR AND OTTOMAN: Good condition with light
wear. High quality.
LAZYBOY MOTORIZED RECLINER: Yes, indeed.
Motorized. Oversized. A million adjustments and a remote
control. You need this!
SIDE TABLES: We have several mahogany side tables, all
in nice shape.
CHEST OF DRAWERS: Bombay style chest; elegant
design and clean condition.
BAR STOOLS: 3 heavy, iron stools. Excellent
quality.
CRYSTAL: We have a huge selection of crystal from
several estates.
Did someone ask for WATERFORD? We have it in their
most popular pattern, Lismore. Wine glasses, cordials, footed
sherbert/champagnes, and the very rare and hard to find napkin rings. Our
Waterord Lismore is all 30+ years old. We also have several misc. pieces
including a vase and biscuit jar. Other crystal items include several
crystal stemware sets, crystal bowls, colored glass sets, serving pieces, vases
and more. It is plentiful!
PORCELAIN: We are stacked here as well. We have
several sets of china including Noritake, Lenox and Rosenthal. We
also have a 50 piece X-Mas set, a dozen or so cups and saucers, several pieces
of Belleek Irish porcelain, a handful of Lenox vases and serving pieces, an
extremely fine Zsolony cup and saucer, antique majolica, a pair of old Satsuma
vases, an impressive Nippon vase, and much more.
LLADRO: This is the largest offering of Lladro to
date. There are some very nice pieces in mint condition and others with
some damage. All individually photographed pieces are damage free as are
the clowns. When viewing our photos, the uppermost shelf contains the
damage free Lladros.
HEAD VASES: We have an impressive array of head vases,
including Nippon. This is the best array we have ever offered and all
belong to our homeowner.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE
HARDWOOD SET W/UMBRELLA: O.K. Our teak family that
came up short on teak sets in the past finally got the last one we offered, so
it’s time for someone else to take home some hardwood furniture. Considering the
difference in price between a new and pre-owned set, this is a no
brainer. Sold with the umbrella. A light sand and pressure wash and some teak oil and you will
never regret saving all that money…Spring is on it’s way (or is it already
here?)
Outdoor chairs: We have a set of 4 heavy quality
outdoor chairs, designed to withstand the weather. We also have several
other pieces including painted hardwood lounge chairs and others seen in our
photos.
OUTDOOR FIREPLACE: The first we have ever
offered. Not a rust bucket.
WEBER SUMMIT GRILL: This is a special edition w/cover
and in very nice shape. I must say that is a lovely, garnet color…Superb!
HOT TUB: YES! Clean w/cover and the first we
have offered.
TANDEM BIKE: Not shown, but we have one!
PORTABLE A/C UNIT: Not shown, but we have an barely used DeLonghi Pinguino Pact100p unit. Complete.
OUTDOOR POT AND PLANTS: LOTS, including some large,
quality pots that surely came from Hyams or Abide-A-While.
KITCHEN: We have the usual including black microwave,
slow cooker, coffee makers, several high quality pots/pans including Iron Clad
and Calphelon, Waring blender, electric griddle, and more.
ELECTRONICS: Yamaha complete digital surround sound
system and misc. other electronics.
RUGS: We have several, please see out photos.
CONSIGNMENTS SEEN IN OUR PHOTOS:
We have several items being offered as consignment
that are NOT in this sale. Our photos are marked as such. Items
include hand built canoe, Arnold Palmer for Lexington Furniture credenza,
Lexington armoire and sailboat motor. These items are located in Mt.
Pleasant’s Ion neighborhood. Prices are provided for these items for
