Hi, everyone. Total Estate Sales is back, bringing home another fun sale. This week we will be found in West Ashley’s Pierpont off Hwy 61. This home has lots of useful, collectible and affordable pieces, including the 2007 Chevy Trailblazer seen in our photo. Everything is very reasonably priced and in clean condition. There is more than seen in our photos, as things kept coming, particularly from the storage shed.
Items of note include:
2007 CHEVROLET TRAILBLAZER LT, one owner, 43,500 miles, 6 cylinder, leather, power driver/passenger seats, heated seats, rear air conditioning w/audio controls, 17″ wheels, moon roof, tow package, roof rack. It is NOT 4×4. Car has been freshly detailed in very good condition. This car drives very nicely and has strong acceleration. Terms: A $500, non-refundable cash deposit will required in order to hold the car. Deposit will only be refunded if a major mechanical issue is found. We will take backup names and offers if there is multiple interest at full price. The car was recently paid off, the title has been ordered and we will have a copy of the bank certificate indicating a zero balance.
PROTO TOOLBOX/ROLLING WORKSTATION: Proto makes very high end tool chests, and this one is no exception. Very good condition. The top was always covered with carpet and shows very little wear. All drawers work smoothly and are lined inside. If you are looking for a Craftsman tool chest steroids, look no further. This would cost many thousands new but will be priced far less. Get lightly used for a heavy discount!
PULASKI CHINA CABINETS: For those of you not familiar, Pulaski makes very well constructed furniture. The large, lighted china cabinet and smaller (non-corner unit) cabinet are both Pulaski and matching designs. They have nice, open display for all your cherished items. These will be a very nice price and a great opportunity to purchase quality on a budget!
PAIR OF BOW FRONT CORNER CABINETS: Only one is shown, but we have a pair of the lighted, bow front curio cabinets seen in our photo (seen with anniversary clock.) Clean condition and very reasonably priced!
DINING ROOM TABLE: This isn’t shown as we were still setting up at time of photography. Mahogany table w/leaves and 6 chairs. This is not in mint condition but will certainly be a very serviceable set for the price.
OUTDOOR PATIO SET: This also is not shown due to rain but is in excellent shape. We have clean outdoor cushions to accompany the rectangular table and chairs, lounger and other pieces. We will photograph and add to our Facebook page later today, so be sure to take a look.
JIM BEAM AUTO DECANTERS: These are fairly “rare” as we have never seen one in our many years of buying and selling. Most are full of liquor and have the original boxes. They are quite large and make impressive displays. PLEASE NOTE: These are being sold for the collectible value of the decanters and not intended to for consumption.
TOOLS/OUTDOOR/UTILITY: There is a lot of great stuff here including large ice chest, a pair of small ice chests, a handful of fishing rods, tackle box w/tackle, several clean lures, shovels, rakes, hoes, propane heater, limb cutter, Remington electric chainsaw, vintage Craftsman wood working tool set, one million pairs of pliers, Craftsman handled Allen wrench set, electric hedge trimmer, electric weed eater, electric edger, lots of light bulbs, vacs, yard chemicals and fertilizers and everything else seen.
REFRIGERATOR: Clean, white fridge. This is good enough to put in your home or in a rental. Or, you can have a deluxe garage fridge. We have personally cleaned it top to bottom and only needs a toothbrush to get it any cleaner!
WASHER AND DRYER: As always, we are excited to offer a nice, clean washer dryer set. Reasonably priced!
CHRISTMAS STUFF: Holy Cow! We have what has to be the largest collection of automated X-Mas items. Santa, Mickey, Tigger, Rudolph and more. There are also other related items including some neat vintage bulbs.
DOLLS AND CLOWNS: Yes, we have them both, and lots of them. The clown figures you see are very nice quality, including the resin displays. All are priced to sell!
KING BED: This bed is either a king or Cal King and has nicely turned posts and an impressive headboard. We will measure the bed and update the size today on our Facebook page.
DECOR: Blue and white vases, lamps, some art, accessories, and plenty of miscellaneous items!
OTHER FURNITURE: Clean upholstered sofa, matching mahogany console table and pair of side tables, budget priced dressers, hand painted trio of small chests, coffee table and other misc. pieces.
T.V. We have a large, flat screen (not flat panel) Sony television that would have cost a lot when purchased. Priced to sell!
KITCHEN: Blender w/glass pitcher, coffee maker, dishes, clean plastic storage containers, George Foreman grill, glass ware, T-Fal set and more.
All in all, this is a fun sale with lots of clean, useful items. Everything is very reasonably priced, so come see us!
