Our Story

Buying, selling and collecting is Total Estate Sale’s passion and lifeblood. Natashia grew up attending auctions, car shows and estate sales with her parents, Gary and Pat.  Gary, a pilot and airplane mechanic, collects British cars while Pat had a passion for Asian decor and blue & white porcelain.

Natashia's grandmother, Florence, was an antiques “picker” who collected and sold to dealers long before the term became fashionable.  Florence’s appreciation for the finer things trickled down to her granddaughter.  Today, Natashia enjoys collecting perfume bottles and Scandinavian figurines.

Lee is a Charleston native who grew up surrounded by old and interesting things. Lee’s maternal grandparents, Alice and Louis, taught him an appreciation for old things. His grandfather, Louis and uncle David, restored and collected antique music boxes and phonographs.  His paternal grandmother, Sylvia, came from a family that owned a NYC antiques shop prior to The Great Depression.

Total Estate Sale's evolution into the estate sale business began nearly 20 years ago with a highly successful eBay business. By attending every auction, estate sale, and second hand store possible, Total Estate Sales gathered a wealth of knowledge in the process.  Combined with Natashia's 18 years of real estate experience, Total Estate Sales has a garnered unique understanding of all facets of the estate liquidation business.

Prior to their involvement in the liquidation business, Total Estate Sales owned and operated a Mid Century Modern retail store and sold in several antique malls including Atlanta Antique Gallery, Charleston’s Hungryneck Antique Mall, and the former Junk and Jive Retro Mart.

Today, Total Estate Sales is 100% dedicated to conducting estate sales and looks forward to serving your needs!

What our clients are saying

"You all did a fantastic job on the house. I was completely stunned at all that you were able to sell. It is a real heart warmer to be able to rely on someone else during a sad time like this, and you guys were great."

Cindy and Sherry

"Lee and Natashia quickly proved themselves worthy of the trust we gave them. They identified items that we had overlooked and even found money that we had inadvertently left behind. Aside from that the sales they performed yielded far more than we expected."
