This double lot home is being listed today by Total Estate Sales partner/owner, Natashia Nelson, via AgentOwned Realty for $399,900.
Our current sale is packed full of items. Our homeowners saved everything and had a penchant for purchasing collectibles. They also ran a plumbing business from their home and have various heavy duty pipe cutters related to plumbing and wood working.
There are lots of Disney collectibles, many never used. Nutcrackers, vintage lighting, lots of new in the box items, vintage kitchen wares, old fans, junk, Civil War books, scrap books on the Confederate flag fight in SC and a little bit of everything in between.
This will be a “wheel and deal” sale. Bring your own shopping tote and load it up. Items that are priced will have set prices and we will price the rest as a “collective.”
We are opening the outdoor area first at 11:30. There are more tools and related items that shown.
We are only taking credit or debit cards for the outdoor items as “pre-sale” purchases in order to expedite the process. You will NOT receive a receipt for these early purchases as we will be using mobile transactions only.
We will open the entire home at 12:15 and accept all forms of payment. Entry will be through the rear of the home.
This is a fun sale with a little dust here and there. Come make a deal!
