Our unique Direct Sale format allows customers to purchase items using our online shopping cart. This feature can be used exclusively or as a compliment to both our in home estate sales.
In Home Estate Sales

BEFORE THE SALE
- We sort and separate trash from treasure
- Items are grouped and organized to maximize exposure
- Professional quality photos are taken and posted to our website
- Every item is priced to obtain the highest fair market value
- Research is conducted to substantiate our asking price
- All marketing and advertising is placed on your behalf
- Advanced notice is given via e-mail to our database of customers, dealers, and designers
- Custom made directional signs are placed to guide customers to the home
DURING THE SALE
- Customers are greeted promptly by courteous staff
- Home is maintained and constantly “spruced up”
- All sales big or small are recorded with a custom POS computerized system
- Sales tax is collected on your behalf
- Offers are taken
- An update email is sent prior to the final day's sale
- Sold items are carefully removed from your home
- Arrangements are made for final pick-ups
AFTER THE SALE
- You are provided with a detailed sales recap spreadsheet
- We arrange donation and final clear out services (optional)
- Prompt payment to you via check
- Sales tax is filed and paid
