DOWNTOWN ESTATE SALE
Living estate sale of long time Charleston estate and arts appraiser, Alice Patrick.
Her husband’s family, who built their success in the vending machine and candy business, has owned the home since the 1950’s.
Alice is well-known in the local community as an appraiser. She is also an avid collector and has a large collection of Chinese and English porcelains dating back as far at the 1700’s.
Items of note include: Old glass and everything in between including MANY Charleston books, a TON of various reference books, an original Alicia Rhett painting (Gone with the Wind fame and Charlestonian) of a boy, and more. The photos tell the story!
This is a four day sale with Thursday and Friday by appointment only. You MUST sign up for an appointment. Couples count as one person.
Please only sign up for one person/slot if you are coming as a couple. Only book one time, one day and please be on time or you may not be allowed access.
If you sign up and do not show up for your appointment time, you will lose the ability to sign up for future times and events.
Please leave your handbags in your vehicle and bring cash or card on your person for payment. Thank you!
There is plenty of parking all around Colonial Lake.
